At Columbine Restaurant, we offer catering services in our restaurant or at your location. Our restaurant can accommodate 120 inside the restaurant and another 70 on our beautiful patio. Please reserve at least one or two months in advance; last minute reservations may be possible. Get on-site catering for any size group and for any occasion.

About the Owner
Columbine Restaurant is owned and operated by Lotti and Reto Luzi. They owned another restaurant in Aspen, Colorado, before coming to Rifle, where they continue the proud heritage of providing outstanding food and incredible service. With 35 years of restaurant experience, Retro creates the best food in town for his customers.
